I have enjoyed my experiences with Sam's in Pooler. They have been educated and informed pretty well of Sam's SOP and what to do with an upset customer.
The set up there was straight, but they always need help. Didn't mind working overnight for them, but they didn't want me to leave.
It's become another Walmart albeit with poorer selection and parking. The only store I shop that insists on seeing my receipt 25' from the checkout lane. Costco cannot come soon enough to save Savannah from this monstrosity.
