I have been really disappointed with the overall service with this club, I never go to the one in Savannah because they are just plain out bad, but this one is falling into the same category of just poor service and slow molasses attitudes ! Wait 4 hours to get my tires rotated and balanced and they never had even got to my car... im very disappointed !! ! please hire more staff ! Im not getting my moneys worth ~
I think the business is Great Its kept clean and the employees are kept busy
Questionable management and leadership. BROKE my windshield (tire center) and tried to cover it up, rather than stepping up and 'owning' the accident. Corporate is ignoring the problem also---I am assuming that they hope the problem will just go away if they do nothing. I have made several attempts to handle this through mail and email (can't get a phone number for corporate).
