Tire dept 4 + hours to balance a set of tires was 4TH in line at 9 AM time management not working there
Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten at a retail/grocery store. Multiple female workers talked down to me, acted like I was stupid, and were EXTREMELY rude for absolutely no reason when asking for help. Lost my business. Didn’t even get what I went in for.
The store and gas station are great, well organized and stocked; but I noticed that there are no garbage cans anywhere in the parking lot and there is garbage everywhere. The same garbage from last week was still in the parking lot this week. It makes a bad impression upon coming to the store.
I love this place! The service is fast and friendly. They have everything I need for a family of four!

Somehow found an item with out a bar code and the guy in the pharmacy totally said he could not call any one to help get the price. Never shopping at the sams Pooler again. Such stupidity...
