I have been here since 8:15 for a rotate and balance. Almost 2 hours! I asked how long it would take when I checked in. Not long, they said you are the next vehicle. I go to ask how much longer it’s going to be and no one‘s at the desk so I walk to the back and no one‘s even back there working on the vehicles! A employee comes to clock In, so I ask him to check. I have been here since 8:30am for a rotate and balance. 2 hours! I asked how long it would take when I checked in. They just pulled my car in when I went to complain. one tech went to check the status and never came back. I did not plan to spend my morning here. that's why I asked when I checked in. and now the other tech wants to know if I want to make an appt to come back, after waiting all this time!
When we got to the checkout yesterday, I noticed that there was some kind of liquid dotted on the conveyor belt. Just as I noticed it, so did Cheri, the gal helping the check out clerk. She grabbed the paper towels and cleaner to wipe it up. She told me that a bleach bottle was leaking in the previous order. She got it cleaned up, but told me NOT to put my new towels on the belt. GARBAGE!!! The app said the order will be brought out to us, we have been waiting for 20 minutes only to find out when we called the store (Calling into the store the phone rang and rang, when the lady answered she had no clue what I was asking..she went on to say "Uummmm.") we need to STILL come in the store and get it!! I had new tires installed yesterday. I had to wait 5 hours and on top of that my car was returned with grease all over the steering wheel, inside door handle and center console. The man working on my car DID NOT take off his greasy & dirty gloves when moving my vehicle. I enclosed a photo of time in (1:09pm) and out ( 5:52pm) and a photo of some grease inside my car.
