Every time we go to Sam's Club, on Saturday, usually morning or early afternoon, we want to buy both plain bagels and cinnamon raisin bagels. Inevitably, you are out of one or the other. Today it was Cinnamon raisin. You were also out of the sausage patties that we buy. Your concession stand was out of almost all the pizza, completely out of the Icees (all flavors) and almost all the regular drinks were out. Sam's has increased the number of self checkouts which I do not like. Apparently many others agree with me based on the lines at the 3 registers that were open . Now management makes the cashiers put every item on the conveyor then back into the buggy even if only a few items with the skews turned up for easy scanning. This wastes time and adds to the congestion. We have to pay to shop there and management is making it very aggravating. Might just limit my shopping there.
I’m SO disappointed with sams club. I ordered online for the first time and I haven’t received anything that wasn’t damaged. I ordered black beans and one can was so severely damaged that my can opener couldn’t even pry it open. I ordered three cases of Arizona ice tea and the entire box was scattered with loose teas and a few were dented as well. Today a box of chips (30 ct) was delivered.
