To preface, I ordered and paid for a swing set online Samsclub website. To make it easy... No one could tell me where the "pick up kisock" was. All I got was "we don't have that anymore". So after waiting at the CSR desk and talking to Ms Lue, who was very helpfull, the order was prepped for pickup and I was sent to receiving. Where I am still waiting, next to a pallet of rotten pumpkin remains. If this were not my daughters birthday present I would have demanded a refund by now and walked out. Awful service,not trying to come ,like i use shopping...need Costco asap.
Every time I go to get my tire maintenance the wait time is around 3 hours but when I look in their garage they're hardly working. Usually playing on their cell phones or walking around outside
I was very disappointed this morning when I came in. I showed up 15 minutes early with my son and there were employees standing outside cussing and being very ghetto because the door was not open for them to get in. I did not appreciate this happening in front of my son. Very non professional!!!
Free #healthscreening was quick and nicely organized. The store was filled with taste test foods freshly prepared. Great store!
Horrible service at the food section. The servants there are not customer friendly. Got close to the counter and with their back turned on me said "We are not opened yet" I said ok, then the cashier lady close by heard and she told me they would be open in just 4 minutes. Well I am waiting here 10 minutes and no sign of being open. I am ok is just that the owners of this place should train their employees how important we customers are.
