Sam's Club y'all really really really really sucks your employee work so hard but y'all get them like 10 hrs a week bc my mom work there she quit. I will talk to the main boss or the corporate. And no insurance that so sad. I think they need to undercover boss!!! ���
I shop here weekly and today's experience was by far the worst. The associates were too busy standing around gossiping to help anyone. When was asked at the door if I found everything, I said "No, I couldn't find anyone to help me" her response oh oops sorry .......
They made my wife and 9 month old wait around for over two hours when all they had to do was simply put tires on our car's wheels and balance them. This process takes 30 minutes tops... to top it off, there was supposedly a "delay" because the vehicle in front of ours was taking them longer than normal to complete and no one who worked there had the common courtesy to let my wife know it will be a longer wait than normal.
It's very convenient for me to buy everything in quantity size! I would also like to mention the Representative Scott Smith of store #4820!! Scott explained everything very clearly! The instant savings, tons of coupons that I actually use.. not only that !! He also mentioned that I would receive $25 Gift card! & one extra membership card!! Thankyou Scott Smith.
Great buys, alway a crowd of people each time we go.
