If the future I will not stop for my receipt to be checked. Granted I am not in the best mood today over something that happened on my way home, but this is not the first time I have waited in line while the checker looked over the receipt, but when there is a line and the customer is done being checked it is time to go to the next customer. If Sam's wants to have me detained by the police then they are welcome to do so. I have gotten two different stories about how they would handle it.
Standing outside waiting for our keys to be found after having 4new tires put on my husbands truck...we never received a call telling us our truck was ready! NOW THEY CANT FIND OUR KEYS AND THE STORES CLOSED!
I bought 3 rugs, they didn't work out. I returned them 5 days later. Trina (manager) said I had to get a gift card back. I paid cash so I asked if she could pull my receipt. The Pooler location has done this for me a couple times. I was told no, it was the customers responsibility to keep their receipt, it wasn't Sams job to print another one. I'm questioning my membership value...
I was in the pooler sam's club February 15, 2015 picking up some meat for dinner at 11:00am. I asked the meat guy to get me a pack of NY strip he was cutting. He caught an attitude with me. He was mad that I was interrupted his meat cutting job. Him and another meat guy thought it was funny and started making remarks about me. When he handed me my steak I told him he can get back to cutting his meat. Theirs NO customer service in the meat department. Have they forgot who pays their salary.

I was in the store today and I absolutely was blown away by the increasing selection of healthy choices. I'm NOT talking about foods marketed as healthy, but are deceiving. I'm talking cold pressed Organic extra virgin coconut oil. Organic coconut flour. Organic produce. chia seeds. Please keep up the good work. I'm freshly stocked on Organic coconut flour, but I will plan to get it here when I'm out. Keep the prices reasonable so it doesn't break the budget, please.
