Tire dept. stinks. Although the people working there were very nice, we waited over 3 hours to get new tires put on, when we were told it would be less than 2. We did have some rust on the lug nuts which caused an issue but they ended up breaking one off and couldn't fix it. I wouldn't recommend this Sams club for any knd of tire service. :(

They do not inform customers that some products you can only get 5 a month. No general manager would talk they were on break or sitting on behind refusing to handle any situation. I reported this to corporate and now I will go back to Costeco for my bill needs.

I love sams but i do not live close. I made a large puchase Sunday n when i arrived home and looked at my receipt i noticed that i did not get the instant savings on 2 of the items i purchased. I did mention it 2 the cashier n she said it would be taken off at the end. Well it wasnt n the savings would have been about 7.00 for me. I wont be back in that area 4 6 or so weeks.
