This particular SAM'S Club has a great location and selection of items. That being said, it could use better customer service. While trying to schedule a tire rotation appointment I was put on hold for 8:34 minutes. I hung up and called again. Over 42 minutes on hold, without anyone picking up to inquire about my call. I hung up and called a 3rd time, but asked for the store manager. She was appalled at what occurred and immediately had the Tire Department call me. So, yes, customer service needs improvement.
Staff always polite store really neat and organized
Everyone should know Sam's Club sales paper limits are for one purchase only per membership. You can find this in fine very fine print on next to last page. Go to Costco their sales are per purchase not just one purchase Per membership. Never going back to Sam's for sales waste of time.
