After I called Sam's club 8112 and told a lady named Debbie that my card was hacked and I did not make said purchases and was not a member and that my card was deactivated, you still allowed the person(s) to proceed with fraudulent purchases. Then instead of stopping the transactions, you let them go through my account. Thankfully my bank is a great bank and is doing everything that has to be done to get my money back.
Mobile trips to the facility just to get the correct information linked to my Sams Club card. Ain't nobody got time for that!
