I use the pharmacy and have always had excellent customer service. Everyone who works in that department goes out of their way to handle any issues a person may have. I also received a flu shot and the experience was quick and easy.

I went to Sam’s today to check out some flooring during my lunch. I didn’t intend on buying any today, but I was so impressed with the helpfulness and selection/quality, I purchased flooring for my entire house! Wish I knew the names of the gentlemen who helped because they were great!!!

I've called and traveled to Sam's 4 different times in the past few weeks and for whatever reason this location NEVER has Crab Legs in stock even after I've called to make sure there were some there beforehand. Whoever runs the meat department doesn't care to do their job and can't even tell customers when they get seafood shipments?

I dont not like how you changed checking out! There are not enough humans working the cash registers. Too many self check out! Very sad you obviously let a machine and customers do the checking out instead of keeping live people to do the job. You seriously need to change this. Stood in line forever waiting to check out because there were only 2 Sam's employees working cash registers. I absolutely hate the change.

I normally do my meat/steak shopping here, but after being at this store on the 18th of this month, I was totally disappointed. So much of the meat was OUT OF DATE. We're not talking one or two days...but I saw a few packs of ribeyes that were 5 days past the sale date. Not a happy shopper. Hope your meat department improves.

I needed new nose pieces on my glasses. Stepped in asked where would I pay and he said no worries he would do it free! Fixed them all up and made my glasses look like new!
