Went to our local Sam’s today to grab a few things and my favorite snacks to be harassed and made to feel as we stole something due to the product being clearance out . This error was on the store whom ever responsibility it was to pull off the floor so the customer did not have the option to purchase not the customers problem . People complaining about online orders ! These people are working and putting their lives in danger and some members got the nerves to curse workers ! You have no right! These people have families as well respect essential workers! I better not come and shop and hear somebody being mistreated !!! Have you even asked the Lord for forgiveness and thank him you are alive?! Sams treat your employees fair and don’t let customers mistreat your employees! Customers are not always right!!!

They didnt give me my entire order that I placed online. When I called and asked for a refund. They said the items were still in their freezer and they knew they didnt give to me and I could come back to pick them up or come back to get a refund. They refused to give me a refund unless I came back to the store. Customers arent allowed to open the freezers so this was totally their fault and should of been corrected immediately.

Ever since new managers appeared several months ago - the store seems to have gotten worse. Many complaints, but the latest - with lines stretching 1/3 of the way back in the store - why is there ONLY ! PERSON AT THE DOOR. You could do alot better managing your situations....................
