On the way home to Louisville from ATL, my tire light kept coming on... the good Lord got us 45 miles to the Chattanooga Sam’s Club after we stopped THREE times to put air in the tire, and discovered it’s not the tire. Surprise! my rim is cracked. 🤦🏽♀️ Luis Noguera and John, the good folks at Sam’s Chattanooga Tires, squeezed us in amongst the appointments to diagnose the issue, came and found us in the store to explain the issue, and then fixed the rim enough to get us home. WORST experience ever today at the Concessions. The lady taking orders walked off complaining about how she was going home because the other workers weren't doing anything. She left a very long line, then when she returned, she was rude and angry, wiped sweat off her head, handled money AND handled food without washing her hands OR wearing gloves
A really nice guy back in produce (I always see him there) came up and suggested I try Scan & Go. He used his phone to show me how it works. I tried it and it was awesome! He’s a great employee, always outgoing and helpful. Wish I could remember his name.

Customer service- especially if there is a problem with an order. The variety of items. The price.
I love Sam’s Club and honestly sometimes I go in there just to get a hotdog and a berry sundae and I like to get it with the chocolate soft serve.
The bathroom looked like something had been slaughtered in there. Awful!
