Bought a car battery there 2 months ago and it came with a 3 yr warranty, the battery started not holding a charge and I took it to a local parts store to have it tested, It has a dead cell. So today 10/26/19 I took the battery back with receipt, they refused to replace the battery and I asked for my money back and got a attitude from three different employees, including the mgr (Mike) Mike also decided to kick me out of the store and told me “don’t ever come back here “

they change their business hours and do not send out mailers to people's to let them know so you go there and you waste your time and gas to have to come back I have a small business account with them and now I can't get in until 10 I've always came early but this will be my last year of doing business with this place because they don't make good business decisions

This store made a huge mistake on an order and tried to blame the customer and then proceeded to completely cross a line yesterday that was absolutely uncalled for. I personally know this man and his family were not only loyal customers but, he is also a veteran that has served this country. I dont think I have ever been so ashamed of an American company in my entire life.
