Roughly a year ago I chose to renew my membership at checkout, on the receipt I noticed that had signed me up for auto-renew. No problem I thought, I’ll cancel that online. When I went to cancel it (about a year ago) I found no way to cancel an auto-new. No problem I thought, I’ll remove all the credit cards from the authorized payments. I received an email from Sam’s Club stating that I needed to update my payment information so that they could auto-renew my policy. Good I thought, they cannot auto-renew my policy. I placed an order on September 6th for a 75 inch Samsung TV & today is September 23rd & I still have not received it. It was supposed to be delivered on September 15th. I tracked it & it was delivered to the Charlotte area on September 15th. I called Sam’s a few times & they could only tell me that the TV was with the shipping co. They provided me with a pitiful $10 gift card. After calling AIT Worldwide they informed me that my TV IS WITH ANOTHER LOCAL CO for delivery. September 19,2023 Sam Club had chicken for $1 a case, so I order 14 cases, and I realize my little cousin wedding was coming up, so I asked her if she need chicken. I ordered 30 more cases because were also having a family reunion and I have a birthday party, and I also place another for water and plates. I went to one manager he couldn't help me, and the other manager Michelle had attitude. 0/5 if I could. Terrible refund experience. We ordered a TV from Sam's online and were expecting it to get delivered in the window provided. We waited and it never came and we never received any notification, no email, no call, no text. I checked the tracking number provided and got told that it was returned even though the status in the Sam's app/website still says on its way (16 days later). placed order on aug 31st, damaged in shipping, filed report, rep called sept 8th and very polite and replaced order and gave $10 gift card, sept 13th got all but 1 item, called and customer service would not help bc my husband was primary acct holder, it was placed in my name org. and billed to me, but she put replacement in his (we are both on acct), he would not help. I purchased a new set of tires from Sam's club, I always took my car in when it was time for a rotation. For 3 years I received a free rotation, but on 9/8/2023 I was denied my free rotation. I will never buy tires again from a major retailer like Sam's club. My next purchase will be with a local tire company who does honor their policy's and warranty on the purchase of a new set of tires. Local support to small business is better than places like Sam's club.

Been a member for some time. Received a renewal for $110. I'm not paying anyone that to shop with them. Don't bother, it's not worth it.

Truly disappointed, I had surgery and can't move much. Ordered food through sams club web site with a members, my bank card was charged but my food never came. The food was paid for to be delivered at 10am throughout the entire day we chatted through the app to figure out why it was not here. Called the store at 7pm and they thought I had the food. They were unable to help contact the 3rd party delivery service we didn't know was being used. They said they are not responsible for the stolen food. So they get the money, they ... read more

Worst buying experience ever I bought a couple of pajamas for my kids and they didn’t fit and tried to return them and the lady refused because I lost the label even though I had the receipt and she has the purchase history on my membership but she said “without the labels we won’t be able to sell them again “ And I was stuck with them.
