I usually have a good experience here but today was not good. The stylist cutting my hair spent her time chatting in Polish to her colleague, pretty much ignoring me. At one point she left me with half shampooed hair to go and sort out her lunch order with her colleague then stopping mid cut many times to turn around and continue her conversation in Polish. I had a great experience with Lidia—she was very professional and made me feel completely at ease. I’m really happy with how my hair turned out! She also took the time to discuss possible future changes, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back!
