RecommendedService was completed promptly, as you would expect. What made the service memorable was the kind woman at the counter. She heard me cough and came over to offer cough drops (her own) and water. Her manner made the visit.
RecommendedHaving some work performed on my 2013 Expedition, l was very pleased with the results. Service department techs listened to the problems I was having, made suggestions and left the decision to me. No pressure. I would recommend Salem Ford to anyone in need of service to their vehicle.
Worst place in the entire world for customer service. From the oblivious receptionist, to the mechanic that did not want to work on vehicle, to the dim witted service writer...to the obtuse parts manager. Truly unbelievable the people in this place.
Sold me the worst car on earth! 3 months after the car’s belt broke. Every few months something new. 5 months ago they changed the transmission and it’s now not working again and they say they’re not responsible for it cause it’s been more than 90 days. From my heart, please don’t get robbed like I did. Go to a different dealer.
RecommendedAmazing place. We were very disappointed in Londonderry ford. Spent two days worth of time. then come here. best place around. took under two hours to get a deal done in the same suv we tried to get in Londonderry. the deal and service here was above and beyond the other. sorry I didnt come here sooner. zero down over the 7k they wanted at the shady place down the rd. Please Please atleast swing in and see for yourself. oh by the way we love our brand new 2019 ford edge st!!!

I had a part that was covered under warranty and there was a bit of a paperwork mixup, but management reached out to me and rectified everything. The work they did was solid, quality work. I'm impressed by the treatment I received and appreciate everything they've helped me with!
RecommendedIt has been a rocky road for the past 3 month that we have been dealing with Salem Ford, but the new GM Jeffrey Leggee has been amazing at making things right and getting our SUV back in pristine condition. We are very grateful that he stepped up to correct wrongs that started well before he got there!
