RecommendedSalem Ford always does a great job. They take the time to explain what is wrong and what they are doing to fix it. I have used their services for the past year and will continue to do so. They also have the best waiting room. No smell of grease and they have popcorn and cookies!
Recently purchased a 2012 f250 from them. Not even three days after bringing it home had the ac compressor and belt tensioner failed on the highway. It cost almost 2 grand to fix with oem parts. The truck also needs shocks and a new tire which was patched at the dealership. Emailed the dealership and left various messages and never received a response.
