I was highly disappointed with our experience July 20th,2019. My husband and I travelled from New York in hopes of making a deal that day. My husband had spoke with the salesman beforehand about two vehicles. When we arrived we were told the cheaper of the two vehicles we were interested in was sold the night before. We didn't receive any pressure to buy the car or the extended warrantee. Scott gave us an abbreviated tutorial on our car & suggested we write down questions and call him whenever needed.
