RecommendedI recently purchased a Ford SUPERDUTY and had a great experience here. I have purchased a handful of cars from the Key Auto Grouo including Portsmouth Chevy, Somerworth GMC, Jeep in Lebanon and now Salem Ford. Always a wonderful experience and always treated with the utmost respect. I have actually delt with the same person a few times at different stores. I believe his name was Dan. Very knowledgeable with the new inventory. I have also sent family members to this dealership. See you guys for the next one!
My wife, newborn son and I came to Salem Ford to look at an Expedition. We are very unfamiliar with Fords but were attracted to the vehicle due to its size. We came in and were connected to our salesmen Matt. Matt first thought we wanted an explorer and started showing us the wrong vehicle.
