Horrible customer service. Sales manager hung up on me when I called about inaccurate information about a F 150 I purchased . I realized I received some false information from the sales person. I then called the dealership and spoke with the general manager Dan Lagrange. When I explain the situation the response I received was “come on take some personal responsibility for reading what you sign. I don’t care what you think the sales person said.” This of course upset me since I just purchased a $68,000 vehicle from the deale... read more
