This is a complaint on the customer service or lack thereof that I received at Salem Ford. This is fairly long but bottom line is that I told the dealership that I wanted to purchase a vehicle and they sold it out from under me without my knowledge. On Tuesday, July 14, 2020, we drove 4 hours from upstate New York to see a cargo van at another dealership. RecommendedI bought my car last October, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable when purchasing my vehicle. I went to get my car serviced for the first time last week, Within an hour I had an oil change, tire repair and all 4 tires rotated. The staff was very pleasant and attentive.
