RecommendedMichael, Alex and Kyle went above and beyond. We just purchased a brand new F-150 Lariat and they made the process flawless for us. We are so happy with our vehicle. We had shopped a few Ford dealerships and Salem Ford was the best for customer service, inventory and price. We will be back at the end of the lease on our other vehicle.

RecommendedKyle at Salem Ford was so great to work with. His professionalism and knowledge of the product made the buying process so easy. The dealership staff and management worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. We would reccomend Kyle and the Salem Ford staff to anyone who is shopping for a vehicle in the area!
They don’t know how to run ford points for service and asked me if I could pay for my oil change and use my points next time because they can’t “access the system”. This is the second time I have had service on both my fords and only one person can process the points so when SHE is off they don’t process them. I will be going back to Toyota when they redo the Tundra. I like my F150 but the service at both Salem fords is not great going back to when they were part of Hyundai.
