Salem Ford Hyundai Treated me Well I shopped for a Hyundai there during cash for clunkers and got a nice elantra. THe savings from my old clunker made it a nice deal. Never go there, that bad!!! Worst, worst worst experience ever!!! Brought my car wan because tire pressure light wouldn't go off. When was making appointment they told me diognostics will be free because car still under warranty. When I brought it in, Jim at the counter start explaining me that diognostics may cost me something, it will depend how much time they will spend to figure out what's wrong, but most likely nothing. Salem Ford Hyundai is Helpful Service I had a repair covered under warranty so price wasn't an issue (since Hyundai was paying for it anyway.) WHen I went in for service I wanted it to be in and out quickly with no bs. These guys made the whole thing smooth. The service person was able to explain what I needed done and give me a time frame and options. I was able to drop my car off late and pick it up late since they're open after 6.
Scam ! This dealership commmits fraud and should be closed down by the state attorney general. They advertise low prices for used cars on the internet, however, when you get to the delaership, the salesman raises the price 40% and tells you that the internet sales price is only for people who qualify. I went to the dealership Tuesday to help my niece buy a car. He told her that she would qualify if she was a recent college graduate. Brought my truck in to have the windshield wipers looked at as they weren’t working properly. They took the truck in and told me that they both needed to be replaced. I was also told that the parts would be expedited due to it being a safety issue. Three weeks have gone by and nothing. Now if we were in the middle of summer it would not be an issue but that is not the case. There are days that I can not drive due to the weather and not having wipers. Michael, Alex and Kyle went above and beyond. We just purchased a brand new F-150 Lariat and they made the process flawless for us. We are so happy with our vehicle.
