RecommendedI have bought or leased 5 vehicles from Salem Ford in the last 10 or 12 years. You don't keep going back to a business unless that business takes care of you. I've always taken our cars to them for service. I trust them to do the servicing correctly and timely. Their new dealership is convenient and a pleasure to visit. I would highly recommend them for sales and service.
I traded in my truck for an suv in 2019. I now received a bill from a towing company saying the truck i traded in was towed without plates in Methuen mass and i was responsible. I contacted the towing company and they said all I needed to do was ask for the information for where the truck went and that this won't be a problem they do it all the time. RecommendedI drove about 15 minutes to get to Salem Ford to test drive a truck that I saw on the Internet. Thinking I was going to only test drive the truck, imagine my surprise when the young man that came with me, so I wouldn’t get lost, was an absolute joy to be around. We had a great time on my test drive and after getting back to the dealership he asked me if I would mind if he pitched me a deal on the truck. We bought a new F-350 and Explorer in July 2018 from Salem Ford. We have been there twice for service, horror show both times. It shouldn't take 2 hours for an oil change when you have an appointment. I called Monday for an appointment for some warranty work. No one answered the phone so I left a message for them to call me. It's Friday, still no call back. Not going to waste any more of my valuable time on these people. Obviously they don't need the business.
