If I could give this place no stars I would!!!! I went here after work due to abdominal pains. I was barely walking and it actually hurts to walk, cough, sneeze, laugh or anything else that puts strain on the abdomen which includes bowel movement. I was here from 6:30 till 11:30 only to be told nothing was wrong with me. The only thing they did was draw blood and take an urine sample to run them in the lab. This division of St Francis Hospital at 5959 Park Ave is not considerate of the patients as far as filing the necessary paperwork goes. I visited this location for an echocardiogram on June 24, 2022. (I had learned about the precertification requirement from Flinn Clinic and called about a week in advance to make sure St Francis had cleared everything with my insurance and was led to believe it was). Terrible customer service, very rude and unprofessional staff. The Nurse practitioner had the nerve to ask me why I came there instead of another ER, like I was inconveniencing her by coming there. Do not go here it is a waste of time. Go somewhere else and get treated with the respect you deserve. Worst experience ever.
