This place is a joke, they implanted me with a defibrillator unnecessarily because they were not competent enough to find the simple defect in the vagus nerve in my heart that a competent doctor at OU Heart Hospital found and corrected in 20 minutes. Then when the defibrillator started misfiring the kept me in the hospital for 3 days because it was a holiday weekend and they just couldn't bother the doctors, then just to top it all off they decided to charge me $15,000 to do nothing but wait there. I was expecting to have a rough experience given all that their staff was going through--but everything was great. I couldn't visit, but I talked to my mom everyday and she said the care and compassion were amazing. I was comforted to know she was in such good hands. Huge thank yous to the 1 Specialty team--you guys are angels.

Your Emergeny Check In receptionist at your Vinita Saint Frances ER was nothing but rude when trying to check in. She did not show any sign of empathy or understanding when trying to collect information. I hope your company pays her enough to buy a new personality, because she needs one. I understand that we are in the middle of a Pandemic, but your receptionist should remember that customer service comes first. Treat patients with respect.
