Dr. Neil was spot on getting me treated with Plasmapheresis. Sp? And your staff was amazing especially the rehabilitation, they had me up and walking on a walker in less than 3 weeks!
This place is amazing. My mom was a patient in the heart hospital during covid. I was expecting to have a rough experience given all that their staff was going through--but everything was great. I couldn't visit, but I talked to my mom everyday and she said the care and compassion were amazing. I was comforted to know she was in such good hands. Huge thank yous to the 1 Specialty team--you guys are angels.
I do not recommend the case management at hospital but over all rest is great.
Your Emergeny Check In receptionist at your Vinita Saint Frances ER was nothing but rude when trying to check in. She did not show any sign of empathy or understanding when trying to collect information. I hope your company pays her enough to buy a new personality, because she needs one. I understand that we are in the middle of a Pandemic, but your receptionist should remember that customer service comes first. Treat patients with respect. I was a patient in room #3105 from March 27th - April 3rd!! I had the best of care during my stay. A special thanks to my nurses, Godwin (the two young nurses that helped get me set up upon arrival), Karen. Marlena, Alyssa, Beth, Jamie L., and Stephanie!! I truly appreciate all of you!! I'm doing great and back to normal. I'm waiting to hear back from OBI to donate plasma. Stay safe and God bless!! ❤
