They are not helping the COVID numbers when they just roll COVID positive patients out to the waiting and leave them there for hour coughing and hacking on everybody there going on 8 hours and yet to even see a nurse

My dad had an infection in his back and has been back and forth to st Francis for back pain for the past 6 months just for st Francis to literally tell him he’s faking. Dr.O from over there tested his back and it said the infection was gone.... when really he tested the wrong part of the back and the infection Grew outrageous & has paralyzed my dad from the waist down!

I would like to thank all the nurses in Oncology.My daughter Mary Collett in room 4105 passed away from breast cancer.A clear Mamo in early April to the starting Chemo in early May to passing in mid October.The family took turns staying with Mary around the clock and the nurses were so caring and helpful.We appreciate all that you’ve done for Mary and your helpfulness to us
My husband has been waiting for going on 14 hours. Took forever to get him in just an exam room and now waiting on a patient room we were told 3 hours ago was being cleaned for us.... never again. Oh and did I mention his test results were given to him in front of god and everybody? NOT HEALTH CARE WORKERS! Other patients in the waiting room! This is nothing but a joke.
I went into the Vinita location due to a boating accident. I was in the ER for 15 minutes total and received a bill (no insurance) for over $1700!! I tried to get a discount for paying cash, in full, and they were not willing to work with me. If I had health insurance they would be receiving a fraction of the charges. The doctor that treated me provided a discount of almost 50%. I should have put super glue in the cut myself and called it a day.
