ST FRANCIS COULD IMPROVE BY NOT STEALING FROM THEIR PATIENTS.
RecommendedI was referred to the St Francis pediatric ER unit after going to the urgentcare on elm in Broken Arrow. They confirmed through xray my daughter had double pneumonia and said it was very serious and we would likely be admitted overnight and it was important to get there right away. I rushed to the St Franicis ER in the middle of a tornado warning and severe thunderstorm. Despite the alert St Franics PED ER got me in quickly, checked xrays and let me know my daughter was ok to go one with an antibiotic prescription. I was blo... read more
spent 4 hours in the ER, nurses and EMT'S dancing in the nurses station. went in for being wobbly and light headed, was given no assistance to the bathroom. For 2 hours the nurses only walked through so they could go to the bathroom.
I really want to love it I was transported very late Friday night by ambulance it was great first day but nighttime seems to need more help and I know nurses can't help it but I don't like my light answerd and people don't come I don't like to be mean and I'm still Here so I'll let you know if I change my stars. very nice staff, efficient & the food was excellent!
just spent last few days in the hospital. would like to commend the er staff and all who had a part in my er visit. would also like to commend all who took part in my care while staying in room 3326. great care, great bedside manners.

Glenpool ER missed a bad gall Bladder. Went in thinking it was a heart attack, ruled that out. Asked about his gall bladder, said it was fine. Released us to go see our Dr. Really, he was in so much pain and they bye felica us. Two days later surgery at Oklahoma Surgical for a gall bladder ready to explode. Upsets me to receive a massive bill from St Francis when they don't even know gall bladder 101 . He was in very serious trouble here and they didn't care. Done, never again will I deal with this place.
