Having a pregnant person who is having shortness of breath wait 9 hours to be seen, especially when brought in by ambulance, is ridiculous.

I had double mastectomy this morning and the nurses & staff from surgery center to my room have done an amazing job . Only complaint, food &'coffee suck, especially the coffee!

I came to the ER at St Francis Yesterday, December 5th, feeling pressure in my chest. I was evaluated, given meds to subside the pressure in my chest. They admitted me, did a heart cath today and I received 2 stents (lifesaving) Now much of this could have been done at a million other hospitals, but the Doctors, nurses, tech’s, support staff, even my transporters WERE ALL SO COMPASSIONATE, KIND, and PROFICIENT!
