every single person I have spoke with every step of the way has been rude and condescending. they told me a month ago they were sending my claim to insurance, when I call for an update every single person is hateful in long line of transfers I got from department to department. come to find out they still havent sent my auth to insurance. I FIRED them. called my doctor and had all my stuff transferred elsewhere. Hope enough people follow suit.
RecommendedI had to come to Saint Francis back in December 2018 due to me having a stroke. I was absolutely amazed and so impressed with the speed, (BECAUSE SECONDS MATTER WITH A STROKE) dedication and knowledge of all the Nurse's on the Stroke team in TEC along with Dr. Krishna and Dr. Shepherd!!! THESE WONDERFUL ANGELS SAVED MY LIFE!!! due to their speed, knowledge and dedication. THANK YOU ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

Recommendedi wanted to take a moment and thank some of the amazing nurses and nurse techs who took care of me during my week stay at this hospital. on 5 tower nurses amber and ashley were absolutely angels and literally made me feel very cared for and safe. they made me smile and never got frustrated no matter how much i needed them (which was alot lol sorry girls) and also three nurse techs alecia, a blonde girl that i cant remember her name and a red head with long braided hair again cant remember her name. they will know who they ar... read more

RecommendedER was fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for timely or better treatment. Nurses are on their game. From our first person check in to our CNA that took Joe to his room our experience was top quality!
