RecommendedI ran upon one of your wonderful nurses in the parking lot of Dillard’s at Woodland Hill’s Mall on Friday, June 8th, 2019. She came over to help me when I popped my knee out in my car in the parking lot. She called 911, talked to my husband on the phone, and stayed with me and tried to keep me calm until EMSA arrived. I wish I had gotten her name. She truly was an angel sent from heaven and I am so grateful! Thank you for stopping and helping a stranger.

My audiologist Callie Givens is FABULOUS!! The billing department all needs training. My insurance co had to send a demand letter to billing for a check for the over payment I made on my account. I received part of it. It's now 5 months since service & payment & not completed.
