They are doing construction and the children are now taken to the regular hospital to pre op . Two hours of pre op in a hospital not designed for children. No toys and sitting next to a man vomiting. Next day was surgery. We have been here for over three hours with a three year old waiting . Again , not a single toy. A tv with no sound for three hours . Glenpool ER missed a bad gall Bladder. Went in thinking it was a heart attack, ruled that out. Asked about his gall bladder, said it was fine. Released us to go see our Dr. Really, he was in so much pain and they bye felica us. Two days later surgery at Oklahoma Surgical for a gall bladder ready to explode. Upsets me to receive a massive bill from St Francis when they don't even know gall bladder 101 . He was in very serious trouble here and they didn't care. Done, never again will I deal with this place.
I really don't recommend going to the ER. the wait is too long. I was rushed in with emsa and waited 6 hours in a room. finally a p.a. came in. the nurses are so rude and sit behind the desk joking around.
RecommendedWhat was a very scary time for me was made much easier to deal with because of the AMAZING nurses & nurse techs on the 5th floor of 5 tower. You didn’t know me but you treated me like family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Recommendedmy son gets admitted often for lung issues and each time he does the drs and nurses are beyond sweet to him, they make sure to explain to him whats going on. i love the way the treat us when we have to stay there

Not only was a decent amount of the nurses rude and not very helpful in the maternity ward but they sent me home with another patients scripts but they sent my narcotic script home with someone else. I did appreciate Dr. Brown, she treated me like a daughter and didn't care I wasn't the kindest while I was in pain. You made my visit in the hospital tolerable. Nurse Beverly thank you.
