It took almost a month to get my bipap from this company. They're condescending, rude, and have poor communication with their clients. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I could write a novel on my experience with them but honestly I don't have the energy. Saint Francis should really drop these bozos...
RecommendedGreat staff. No complaints what so ever. I appreciate the communication they kept open with us. Love that I can call the tech or nurse directly if needed. Very pleased.
RecommendedThe nurses, drs, rts, and all the support staff are usually nice, friendly, personable, and approachable. My son is hospitalized often and I’ve rarely come across a person that I didn’t get on well with. The most important thing to me is them listening to my concerns, wants, and needs concerning my son. That’s seems to be very important to the Children’s hospital as well.

RecommendedIt really depends on what department and which shift you get. The ER has seemed like a joke. I took my son Saturday and was told he just had a virus and would be fine then he ended up sent Thursday from his pediatrician by ambulance to the Er for pneumonia. The ER physicians assistant who saw him said his lungs sounded clear but would get xrays since his pediatrician thought he had pneumonia well guess what he had pneumonia. I feel like if his pediatrician wouldn’t have sent him via ambulance they woulda told me it was a vir... read more
This hospital is crappy I just left there still in a lot of pain they put me on narkos knowing they make me sick do not recommend them at all 💯
