RecommendedMy son had to have surgery here and the staff was amazing really nice. Also I loved how each floor was a different decorated with its own features the floor we was on was all about space planets and astronauts and then one of the other floors that we went to was birds and bird nest and they're very pretty in the gift shop that we went to was amazing there!! I got here at 12 still here it’s 341 about to he 4 n nothing nobody haven’t hit their names call it’s been 4 hours since anybody name been call this hospital suck
So many negative things happened during a family member’s 10 day stay after surgery that i wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone. On the surface this hospital looks great but so many problems with service and staff. NEVER using St.Francis again!!!! Patient care is expected post surgery but I had to ask for everything including bare essential cleanliness care for my family member who was in a very difficult recovery.

We have had great service with all saints until we tried to transfer service because of a move out of state. 3 weeks and we still can’t get another provider because all saints hasn’t done the transfer.
