It is amazing the double down poor service that this hospital offers. I did not meet with a doctor, staff member and they wanted to charge $161.00, totally worthless 5 minute service. I highly recommend to use some other hospital, even if you have to drive. These people have their head up you know where.
They saved my wife's life! Need I say more? The immediate care from the moment we got here. Excellent professionals at each step. Great nurses! Great Dr! Tests came back fast and acted on accurately and efficiently!!!
The procedure for my wife, went great, and constant updates were being released during her surgery. The administration staff is friendly and thoughtful and the nurses share compassion for our family as well as others. The surgeon came out and talked to us ones the procedure was done. We got to carry around a pager for when it was time to go back, they would beep/buzz us. Thank you to the wonderful Physicians, Surgeons, nurses and staff at St. Francis Heart, and St. Francis Hospital, June 2016 Patient Robert Miller was admitted for open heart surgery, triple bypass, and carotid, by Dr. Frank Schmidt Heart Surgeon. I had to go to the ER here yesterday afternoon due to extreme vertigo, and Just wanted to say I received some excellent care while I was there. Everyone, including the NTs, RNs, Patient Transporter, and the CT tech we're professional and made me feel comfortable! The only complaint I have is that it took a while to get discharged. I know not everyone's experience is always a positive one, but mine was!
It's pretty damn sad to have my mother in laws phone get stolen when she got transferred here "In poor Condition" only to have her damn phone stolen right out of her purse from the attending nurse, And the only person it could've been was the guy Er nurse that was attending to her in the early morning on 06/07. It was there in her purse as my husband walked out for not even 15 mins while she went to the restroom then came back and it just so happened to vanish and now they have the phone turned off!!!! Well my aunt is back up there at the hospital and not getting very good patient care by the nurses ..... Hopefully a nurse that CARES about their patients and not just there for their pay check will take care of my aunt
Thank you to the ladies in the gift shop that helped me pick out a gift over the phone.
I now have three nurses that are my favorite at St. Francis Hospital: Kim tower 5, Erica 3 South, and Angie 3 South!!
