My son was refused care at the Warren Clinic Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery by Dr. Mark Schwartz. Reason? He was seen at the er and needs to follow up with that Dr. He doesn’t see patients that were seen by someone else. He had a dislocation and the Dr at the er had to take him to the or to put him to sleep to reset it. At discharge I was referred to follow up with ortho. Never in my life have I been refused treatment.
I just hoe today after being there since Sat. i want to say thank you to every member of the staff for excellent care. Even the food was great.
Well... since you asked... I have been in the ER since before 6 PM with my daughter. She's had a severe headache for days! Its almost 1130 PM and she and several others have waited all this time. Ridiculous! She has lupus and has had 3 back surgeries and sitting all this time now has her hurting all over.. Someone needs to do something to better the ER! But are we leaving? No! I want my daughter to see a Dr!

I sure wasn’t expecting to have surgery Thursday night, but that’s what happened after going to the ER and running some tests. Everybody was very caring, attentive, and professional during our entire stay. I have to give special shout outs to the surgeon Dr. Feher and his team, the anesthesiologist and his team, the recovery room staff, ER nurse Lindsey, nurses Lacey and Kathy, and tech Gilbert!
