We are waiting AGAIN for the second day for these idiots to come check on Martins concentrator..... you know the he has to BREATH with...... and still no one has shown up!!!!! I am so far beyond PISSED �!!!! These are the most incompetent inconsiderate idiotic morons I have ever had to deal with!!!!!!
They charged me $2600 for an MRI that I (unfortunately later) compared to Envision Imaging Center's price. Envision's price was $600. When I called St Francis billing to express my concern and ask for a reduction in my co-pay just based on principle, they refused. Just FYI.

The Nurses and doctors where so wonderful. They were very professional, kind and loving. They made sure my daughter and I were very comfortable the two weeks we were there. They made sure we understood what was going on with her surgery and what to expecting with her after care. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
