RecommendedQuick. The staff was very kind and courteous.
The care you receive at St. Francis varies, just depends on the staff that's on shift. consistency would be a nice thing to experience when visiting a healthcare facility. I've also heard, and experienced first hand, of a lot of people never receiving a bill and automatically being sent to a collections agency. This is not how any place should be run. The screws definitely need to be tightened down on this machine. All that being said, at least their new ER is nice and seems to be well equipped.
Absolutely the worst hospital in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area. Take the extra time and drive to St. Francis Yale!! Sitting here right now with a family member in horrible pain. Go to the nurses desk in the emergency area and THREE people behind the desk ignore me for 5 minutes until I finally speak. How can you be in the medical field and be so callous and cold to another's pain? Waiting to be seen is expected. 7 hours in the emergency room and never saw a dr!!! Triaged and labs, sent to waiting room, ct, sent to waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous that patients are made to wait insane amounts of time without help of any kind. Why have an emergency room if people are just going to be charged to sit and wait.

I have had the worst night at one of my first go to hospital! First by falling and hitting my face second being harassed by security 3rd being mistreated by staff and sexually harressed by the X-ray tech! And I went there at 10:00 PM!!! And did not get seen until 7:00!!!!!! And that was when I was outside getting to get into the car!!! And being told I could sued them if I tried... And I wasnt going to TRY in the first place!
