SOME of the ER staff is unprofessional, and they hire poorly trained/ unqualified nurses.
I was very disappointed with our hospice nurse for my grandfather. We had called all day for his nurse to come out and it took him almost 2 hours once he finally said he was coming. Backstory, On call nurse came at 2am and said the day nurse would come in the morning. We called from 7am on more than 3 times. He finally showed up at 2:50pm. 30 minutes after he passed away. Dr Mayfield is both professional, and caring. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent medical care for the entire family. She’s easy to talk to and actually listens to all your health issues. She refers to a specialist when needed. We appreciate her and her entire office staff
Very kind nurses and doctors. Very very clean hospital. Oncology department is excellent.
