My husband and I have both been to ER and have also been inpatient more than once. I feel it is a very good hospital. We got what we needed when we needed it. We were charged for what we got and only for what we got and after Medicare and our insurance paid. I would recommend it to anyone.

Terrible wait times and horrible service. Rude staff. Treats you like you're stupid and can't understand anything.
I can not wait for the survey for this hospital visit.. Have been here for 5-1/2 hours and have yet to see a DR. At this rate we will get to see new nurses first..
St. Francis is just the best Hospital I've ever been to, as far as I'm concerned it's the only hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I've been to all of them here and the others one's just really don't care so much about YOU, but, St. Francis literally saved my life twice!!! We ate lunch in the cafeteria at St. Frances today (12/25/14...Christmas). Unfortunately, the main cafeteria was closed, so I grabbed a pre- packaged Asian chicken salad (note the chicken part...it will be important later.) after finishing it, I noticed that the salad was one dollar off. Curious as to why, I looked at the expiration date. Yep. Three days expired. We checked the fridge, only to see that a lot of the chicken salads were expired. Brand new emergency room. The doors to the restrooms are barely wide enough to get a wheelchair through and once you are in there you can turn it around. Poor planning if I have to say.
