St elizebeth physicans are a joke. Its almost like they want to keep you sick enough to keep coming back. The hands on exam is laughable and the bill padding is real. On my last visit i got charged 238$ just to recap to the dr what my visit to the er was for and to get an order for a ultrasound.....didnt even touch me! But i got charged for a "level 3" exam. As a nurse, i am shocked and appauled by st. Elizabeths continued lack preformance.

Mobile van cancels same location for 2nd time and doesn't notify patients with appointments. Guess women's health isn't a priority. My time has been wasted and my doctor has to wait longer to get my testing done elsewhere. Shame on you St. Elizabeth. That is poor patient customer service. I understand cancelling due to low interest but an appointment is an appointment! Cancel it with the patient, not the location. The location doesn't know who is coming to their parking lot for testing!

After my trip to the ER today I'm really upset with the treatment I received. I feel as though the nurse practitioner that saw me didn't really take my worries seriously. I still feel just as bad as I did before my visit and have considered going back to a different one but afraid they will treat me the same.

I needed to bring my 1.5 year old son in to have help replacing his g tube. I called the ER to tell them we were coming. They rudely asked his g tube size and then said, sorry they didn't have it. I explained that I had one un opened but needed help getting it back in. It was midnight and you are less than 5 minutes away. Basically I was told, sorry go to Childrens we can't help you. Since you talk so much about your new NICU and ability to help sick little ones I was VERY disappointed in the response I got. I really felt li... read more

My worker Jovielyn Cruz is excellent. However, because Community Care Access Center dictates to St Elizabeth what is allowed. The survey that I just completed by phone gives you a lower rating. CCAC REFUSES TO FOLLOW DOCTORS ORDERS AND TREATMENT PLANS AND THEY DICTATE THE CARE THAT I CAN GET. PERSONALLY I THINK THAT CCAC SHOULD BE CLOSED AND ALL STAFF LET GO. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THE STAFF WHICH IS OVERPAID FOR THE MOST PART SHOULD BE REHIRED TO DICTATE CARE OF THE MOST VULNERABLE CITIZENS. CCAC REPEATEDLY HAS COMPROMISED M... read more
