Every time I go into the baby ward I'm treated like complete garbage and they just wanna rush me out and tell me nothing's wrong even though I'm crying in pain. I even heard one of the doctors say "she was here a few weeks ago complaining of the same problem. Let give a her pelvic exam and get rid of her." I feel as though they think everyone just wants drugs. I want so relief for this pain I'm in.

St Elizabeth is a horrible hospital. They refused to help me and I've been suffering for three years.

Nothing but frustration with my mother's stay. They put my mother on the wrong floor when she needs cardiac monitoring. When I asked why she wasn't put there when she was admitted I literally received a shrug from the nurse who was talking to me while leaning around the corner at the nurses station because she didn't want to get out of her chair. The hospitalist is unreachable. When you ask for help it's always someone else you need to talk to, but they won't do anything to help you talk to that person. It's a disgusting toi... read more

I was in Saint Elizabeth for approximately 3 weeks at the beginning of 2015. I spent a lot of my time in the ICU and was being monitored by several neurologists. The doctors and nurses were so friendly, understanding, and patient with my family during a very scary time for them. My primary care physician is also with Saint Elizabeth and she is the best doctor I have ever had and I recommend her to everyone.

I trusted St. Elizabeth Behavioral Health (adult) to take care of my son who asked for help. He was suffering from depression. He's not a drug user. He doesn't smoke or drink. As a family we're heartbroken with this revelation. And the nurse Cathy at the adult department (who's in-charge of him at this moment), has no sympathy or compassion to the hurting family in any form. She's rude and angry on the phone even after I was polite. Cathy continued her negative attitude by telling my son, "Your mom was so angry with me". My ... read more

I have been to the ER in Florence and Edgewood to many times because of my heart problems. I am very impressed with the Doctors and Nurses and all staff that work there. Professionalism is a 10. Work ethics 10. I feel all try very hard to assist the patient with their problems. Where some changes could help is when ER is busy someone should visit patient to ensure them that someone is watch all patients. It is scary when the ER is busy and you hear a lot of things going on and you feel no one cares. It is hard for patients t... read more

The nurses are phenomenal. They are willing to help you with everything you and your baby needs. All nurses are certified in breastfeeding which helps out a lot. I was actually sad to leave because they help so much.
