Was just there last week and had a great "visit". Everybody was very friendly. Have to go back this week and hope I will have the same friendly people. I worked with the public for years and know how hard it is to stay friendly all the time. You rieb what you sow. Everybody needs a little help every now and then.

I am currently getting remicade at the cancer center in ft. Thomas. I love it there. The staff goes out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. Especially the nurse Tammy. Since the first time I went there 4 years ago, she has been nothing but sweet, kind, and more than caring. When I lost my insurance she didn't stop till she found a way for me to get my medicine. She makes me feel like less just another patient. Thank you so much for everything from everyone at the cancer center!

My husband had surgery to remove a tumor from his kidney this morning. The staff at St. E's has been excellent. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all the communication methods from the status board in the lobby, to the pagers to the hourly phone calls. All helps to minimize anxiety for loved ones. Beth our preop nurse was awesome. Great bedside manner with my very nervous husband.

Registered to have labs drawn was told it takes the lab tech about two hours to come up from the ER, why would it take two hours to come up from the ER, and the wait wasn't from an emergency in the ER it was just standard practice.

If I could give you guys a genuine rating, you would owe stars. Edgewood is the worst hospital I've ever been in. I was admitted in the ER for a severe anxiety attack and complications with menstruation. In the four hours I was there, what did your staff do? Stick an IV in me, completely ignored the fact I had an anxiety attack, ran two very painful tests, and screwed up the results. I STILL don't know what's wrong with me because no one told me! There were only two good nurses that stuck with me in that time. The doctor was... read more

Very very rude employees. My father-in-law is in SICU right now and the nurses have disrespected my mother-in-law so much. They won't let more than two people in the room with him, yet when we showed up there were six people in there. They made her leave, and feel very uninvited.
