the nursing staff sucks! out of all the different nurses, only one (on the fifth floor day shift) was not a smart ass. I spent 159 days in the hospital in another state and NEVER had one bad nurse. I was treated like a piece of meat at st Elizabeth's in EDgewood. if I never go back there it'll be to long. if I need to have be in the hospital again it will not be st Elizabeth's in EDgewood.
Great experience. Very professional staff. They answered all my questions and made me feel better with the steps that they are taking to provide the best care for me.
My Husband sick in bed for 2 Months - VA in cinn did nothing !! So took him Tuesday night Jan 2 2017 to ER and within 30 minutes they new what the problem was . He needed Blood and now he is well and Happy- St Elizabeth saved his Live !!
My daughter was admitted on Jan. 4 for a 8 hour procedure. The nurses, doctors, and even your Chaplain went out of their way to calm our nerves, and kept us updated every hour on her progress.
Ok people...update as to why Northern Kentucky needs another hospital option in our area! My mother was VERY sick tonight, where she could have been in BIG trouble if not attended to immediately! St. E South had a line OUT THE DOOR to register, and I am NOT exaggerating; was told 2-3 hour wait and both Edgewood and Florence had NO BEDS even if she needed to be admitted; which she was! My wife went in for surgery Thursday when she was taken back the nurses made the comment they wanted to beat 9 minutes to get her into the surgery room when they reached the operating room my wife said there was blood on the floor and before she could say anything they put her to sleep outside the room is this standard practice to make surgery a race aren't you supposed to be hooked up to monitoring equipment and on the operating table before the surgery starts and the surgeon doing the surgery comes out after 25 minutes of ... read more
My husband has been having chemo treatment and yesterday was the last treatment...as of right now he is cancer free....we were treated so great thru the entire process...the nurses and doctors were wonderful with us...we are glad we had your help in getting him well...we thank you all...and we give the glory to God for putting the right people there to help thru the process....thank you so much....
Not a facility to take loved ones that's for sure
