Me robaron en la misma habitación, me bloquearon para no emitir comentarios, me robaron ropa de mi maleta y la de mi hija y además una bolsa con compras que había realizado. La única persona que ingresó fue la mucama quien ese mismo día se fue de vacaciones. La administración lo manejó muy mal. No recomiendo para nada el Hotel.
Han robado a mi amiga, terrible, no han asumido nada y no lo recomendamos! Un desastre!

Such a great place with amazing touches of art all over! And the service is off the charts! Miguel's poolside service was truly world-class! Such a genuinely good person who went out of his way every time we turned around. Also, super comfy bed and well-designed suite! Thank you so much for a great experience!
