With so many choices in south beach , maybe consider other hotel I am sure the hotel Sagamore will get back to its original glory soon. We was to suppose to check in at 4 it was after 6 before our rooms was available we had to ask daily for towels for bathing, we also had a room with a kitchen had no pots to cook with if we would have wanted to cook.
Check in was at 4:00. We got in our room around 6:00 or later. Stove and dishwasher with no dishes.

Bro the valet costs 50 a night and takes 30-40 minutes to pull your car around. They use a texting and calling service for it which doesn't work. The Tvs are so shitty we stayed in the highest price room they have(bungalows) and their tvs are so old and crusty. Stop spending money on art and spend it on the quality of your rooms.
We arrived Monday, June 26, 2017 very late around 12M; our original room was disgusting. We stayed only with the understanding that in the morning they had to move us or we would be at another hotel. The mgr on duty Tuesday 6/27 looked at the pictures we took of the room and immediately upgraded us to a Oceanfront Bungalow. The hotel definitely needs some improving but overall it's not bad!
