The lifts are old and take an age! Sofa bed not big enough for 2 teenagers as suggested and not made up, when asked they gave the boys a duvet but no cover to put on, not acceptable. Location was ok. We found it disappointing.
They charge cleaning service but the room was not floors were sticky and dirty there was trash under the couch TV didn’t work I called front desk twice they sent someone to clean at 10:30pm and I told the person TV wasn’t working he said he would let front deck know,but no one came or called so I found that it was the remote and I fixed it myself!!��
