Buen hotel con detalles que denotan sus años, y que sin duda deberán restaurar y actualizar. El 90 % del servicio es muy amable y generosos, no nos preocupemos por el 10 restante ! yo volvería, pero antes dejaríamos cosas en claro, televisores que funcionen bien, lis albornoces prometidos en la. entra del cuarto, no hay que pedirlos, deben estar, si el hotel está a menos del 50 % de ocupación y te piden un cuarto con vista al mar ..... se inteligente, da un apgrade sin cargo......
Very old rooms they need an uplift some more modern furniture and newer TVs. The newer rooms on the other building by the pool are beautiful I can’t wait to move to one of those!!l The pool party on Saturday wasn’t advertised on the hotel info so for us it was a day of waste for our vacation since we didn’t get the much needed relaxation by the pool we were looking for. Just got back from Sagamore.. incredible experience.. great staff and very clean! Staff made us feel right at home.. Love the Sagamore.. will definitely be back! 🌴🌸🌞
Staff is amazing! Everyone makes you feel so welcome. Pool is beautiful and outside bar has the most amazing staff. Miguel is an awesome bartender! Food is also great! Perfect location and right on the beach!
Just got home from my trip To Miami. And stayed here. I won’t even stay at a different property next time. The service was impeccable and the staff was incredibly friendly very beautiful and clean and has a homey safe feel 🌴🌞.
The quintessential art hotel in Miami. Love their involvement with the arts and their support of artists - and talk about a view.....
